Peter is an energetic Commercial Advisor and Project Leader with international experience in the transport and infrastructure sectors.

Over the past 12 years he has developed a portfolio of experience managing complex government procurement processes and preparing high value private sector bids in the UK and Australia.

This included 7 years based in London, where he advised international public transport operators, including Keolis, MTR, Arriva and Transdev, tendering for UK rail franchises.

Prior to working in the UK, Peter managed the Request for Proposals phase of the Queen’s Wharf Integrated Resort and Casino project in Brisbane (circa $3b) on behalf of the Queensland State Government. He also supported the Victorian Department of Transport to deliver the Melbourne Metropolitan Rail Refranchising process.

Peter thrives on working with subject matter experts to identify solutions to improve deliverability, customer service, business efficiency and profitability. His attention to detail, personable approach and in depth understanding of the commercial drivers of rail and other transport modes result in high-quality outcomes for his clients.
