Olivia has worked for commercial, government and not-for-profit organisations in the health, IT, transport and human resource industries. She is a leading organisational change management specialist, with experience in the complexities of IT system implementations, organisational culture, knowledge management and business process improvement. She has worked closely with Executive Leadership Teams to develop and translate outcomes-focused strategic initiatives from idea to delivery.

Olivia’s strengths in project delivery include the ability to motivate and lead teams under pressure, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity and manage ongoing change to maximise outcomes for organisations and their people.
