The New Melton Hospital will include a 24-hour emergency department, at least 274 beds, an intensive care unit, maternity and neonatal services, mental health services, radiology services and ambulatory care to support the growing and diverse communities of Melbourne’s west.

IAG personnel fulfilled a number of key roles in the critical project start-up phase including interim Project Director, Transaction Lead, Commercial Lead, Project Manager, Early Works Site Lead and Communications Manager.

IAG played a critical role in the early phases to assist the Victorian Health Building Authority establish the project. This involved development of project management artefacts outlining the organisation, methodology, procedures and processes and establishing an appropriate working group structure including defining responsibilities, meeting schedules and reporting processes to facilitate the successful delivery of the project.

Our multidisciplinary team provided procurement and transaction advisory services, assisted the project team throughout the tender process and acted as embedded stakeholder engagement and communication resources during the planning phase.
