Major Road Projects Victoria are delivering new roads, road widenings, new bridges and major freeway upgrades across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria as part of the biggest investment in roads in the State’s history. The projects will drive significant improvements to Victoria’s road network by reducing congestion and travel times, improving safety, and connecting communities.

The pipeline of vital road projects is being progressively awarded to pre-qualified contractors using the new Program Delivery Approach (PDA) model. This innovative procurement model is a partnership approach that will reduce procurement time and costs, better integrate project planning and project delivery and create a more sustainable contractor and design market by providing supply opportunities for small, medium and large companies.
