Letitia is a passionate leader dedicated to achieving quality outcomes for clients and communities. Letitia builds trusted and enduring relationships to foster a collaborative and customer focussed approach on projects.

Prior to joining IAG, Letitia was the National Executive of a major international engineering firm’s Environment and Planning practice. Over more than 15 years, Letitia has delivered environment, planning and stakeholder engagement outcomes across major infrastructure projects nationally and internationally.

Her experience covers a range of market areas with a particular focus in the transport and the power sectors. Letitia has led large multi-disciplinary environmental assessments and has held several roles leading and directing project teams on major road projects, tunnels, pipelines and renewable energy schemes.

Letitia’s strength in project delivery includes the ability to lead teams under pressure, manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, navigate ambiguity and manage ongoing change. Letitia builds functional high performing teams through understanding the strengths of the people she works with and creating a positive, respectful and inclusive culture.
