David has over twenty-five years’ experience in consulting and construction engineering management for major road, rail, and civil infrastructure projects across southern and eastern Australia. David is a technical leader in project development and delivery, as well as corporate governance and policy. Highlights include Sydney Metro West and Northwest; Melbourne Metro; WestConnex; Melbourne Citylink; and Westlink M7.
