
TINA SKLIROS

Tina is a proven infrastructure practitioner with a track record of successfully delivering high value, high risk social and economic infrastructure projects (with a specialisation in Public Private Partnerships), in Australia and overseas. She is a trusted adviser and leader, relied on for her strategic acumen and ability to establish and lead high performing project teams.
Tina recently led the Victorian Health Building Authority’s (VHBA) Project Initiation and Transactions (PPP) unit overseeing or otherwise supporting VHBA’s close to $10 billion-dollar Public Private Partnership program (across the procurement, construction and operations phases including the New Melton Hospital Project, New Footscray Hospital Project, Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the New Bendigo Hospital, the Royal Childrens Hospital) and supporting VHBAʼs business case function.
Tina is a procurement specialist with extensive experience leading or participating in evaluation panels tasked with awarding more than $6 billion worth of tenders and is valued for her ability to advise on and deliver ʻfirst of their kindʼ, high risk and high value projects in record time and during periods of instability and uncertainty.
In addition to her extensive project delivery, transaction and procurement experience, Tina has strong policy development experience having led the development of the original Partnerships Victoria policy documentation and Standard Commercial Principles on behalf of the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance. Subsequently, Tina also worked with representatives from other states in the development of the original National PPP Guidelines .
In 2009, Tina worked with the US Agency for International Development advising the Kosovo Government on the development of its social infrastructure PPP program specifically in the areas of health and education.
