Notably, Nick has played a leading role on multiple recent major PPP projects with overall accountability for the commercial and legal elements including the interconnection with broader design, construction, facilities management and operations principles.

Nick’s project experience on large social and economic based social infrastructure projects such as the Optus Stadium PPP, enables him to develop and lead teams to deliver high quality outcomes that meet the demanding time, quality and cost outcomes associated with complex projects.

In addition, Nick intrinsically understands Government specific requirements related to governance, communication and approval protocols.
