His experience in leading tier-one teams in delivering complex programs of works has led to him develop a reliable reputation in the industry.

Recent and relevant experience includes:

• Advisory on the detailed planning and development of the $10B Melbourne Airport Rail Link Project, Rail Projects Victoria (RPV)
• Engineering Manager of the South Eastern Program Alliance for the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) $14.8B. Tayne was also the Construction Area Manager in the delivery of the removal of the Blackburn Level Crossing for LXRP.
• Delivery Manager of the Rail Systems Alliance for the Metro Tunnel Project for RPV.
• Rail Systems Construction Manager, Footscray to Deer Park package of the Regional Rail Link Project (Infrastructure Project of the Year, National Infrastructure Awards 2014).
