Jacqui has over 17 years’ experience supporting the planning and delivery of complex large-scale infrastructure projects working with Local, State and Federal Governments across Australia and in the UK.

She has extensive experience managing complex commercial, statutory and risk matters to deliver major infrastructure projects along with governance, strategy, land acquisitions, negotiations, compliance, and approvals. Her experience spans both public and private sectors across transport, road and rail infrastructure, water infrastructure, oil and gas, major pipelines infrastructure and utilities.

More recently Jacqui has led the provision of transaction advisory services to the North East Link Project and Suburban Rail Loop Authority. She has also provided commercial and transaction advice across key major infrastructure projects in Australia, including Cross River Rail, Cranbourne Pakenham Link Upgrade, West Gate Tunnel Project, and key Commonwealth Government projects.

Jacqui brings a combination of public and private sector experience across a broad range of major infrastructure projects and leadership experience in the progression of projects through their planning, establishment and transition into delivery and is focused on achieving ‘best for project’ outcomes for clients.

Jacqui has played a key role in the development of IAG’s collaborative and creative culture and is a Regional Stream Lead for our Commercial & Transaction resources.
