Scott is a highly skilled and trusted advisor with a wide range of experience in complex transactions and major projects in sensitive environments. He is well known for his practical focus, easy to work with nature and delivery of fit for purpose solutions.

Prior to joining IAG, Scott held senior Queensland Government roles responsible for managing major projects in the rail, water, civic and port sectors and leading high-value private sector investment attraction in defence and aviation development. Scott’s background also includes working as a commercial lawyer, both in-house and in private practice.

Scott has strong commercial acumen and interpersonal and facilitation skills and a deep understanding of public and private sector drivers. He provides strategic leadership and best practice oversight to build productive relationships between teams and project parties and efficiently keep projects on track to successful outcomes.
