Kate is a highly regarded and trusted advisor with more than 20 years’ experience advising on major infrastructure projects. Kate combines her commercial, legal, governance and business acumen to optimise results, drive value-for-money and ensure risks are effectively managed and mitigated.

Kate has extensive experience leading commercial, legal and transaction elements on some of New South Wales and Victoria’s largest and most complex major transport infrastructure projects including North East Link Project, Sydney Metro North West PPP, Metro Tunnel Project Tunnels and Stations PPP, Metro Tunnel Project Rail Systems Alliance, Cranbourne Pakenham Rail Corridor Upgrade Project and Regional Rail Link. Kate’s experience spans all stages of the project lifecycle from inception, procurement, transaction development, closure, delivery and operations, with a deep understanding of procuring and delivering projects under a variety of delivery models including PPP, Alliance and D&C.

Her strengths include her ability to form quality relationships, manage teams to provide successful outcomes and deliver in challenging circumstances. She is strategic in her approach, collaborative and fun to work with.
