Marissa is an engagement and social planning specialist who has spent seventeen years building a dialogue with people and communities around built environment projects. She has worked throughout Australia and in New Zealand on a range of engagement and social planning projects.
Her experience includes engagement, social assessment and policy development for aviation, roads, rail, water infrastructure, housing developments, ports, racing and active transport projects.
Working with Local, State and Federal Governments, as well as private organisations, she has provided specialist advice regarding the social environment and its interaction with infrastructure during its planning, delivery and operation.
She has a keen interest in embedding requirements for the delivery of meaningful social outcomes into infrastructure planning and delivery processes, as well developing mechanisms to incentivise and celebrate success in this space.
