Emily has extensive experience providing strategic and commercial advice regarding the development and delivery of complex, large-scale infrastructure projects. She has particular experience in the transport sector both in Australia and internationally.
She has advised public sector agencies, project sponsors, and contractors in connection with procurement, project delivery, and project financing. Emily has worked across all phases of the project life-cycle and across all major contracting models, including public-private partnerships, design & construct, and alliance.
Emily was previously a senior advisor with a large international consulting firm, providing financial analysis and strategic advice with respect to public-private partnership transactions, and advising on design-build projects across the highway, rail, airports, and real estate sectors.
Complementing her advisory experience, Emily is a qualified civil engineer, a qualified lawyer and has worked client-side for both public and private entities developing and delivering large infrastructure projects in the road and rail sector.
