Chol has recently completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours). Prior to IAG he had extensive experience working and volunteering in the engineering sector and acquired strong interpersonal and leadership skills that allow him to solve problems diligently.

In the third year of his bachelor’s degree, Chol worked on the design and construction of a major road from Cobbledick’s Ford Road to Dohertys Road (Quandong/Mount Cottrell VIC) that involved the use and analysis of Austroads as well as resource and cost management of the project. He was also involved in the planning and management of the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) 40th Anniversary annual summit.

In the final year of his degree, he worked on a capstone project based on retrofitting an energy efficient solution to a commercial building in Shanghai, China, giving him an excellent grounding in sustainability design.
