Nicole has extensive experience in many aspects of large-scale complex infrastructure projects as both a lawyer and a transaction advisor. Nicole’s project experience spans all stages from project inception, procurement, transaction closure, delivery and operations.

Nicole has advised Government on a range of complex high-profile projects including most recently on the North East Link Central Package where Nicole acted as the lead transaction advisor. From her experience on the North East Link Central Package, Nicole brings an understanding of recent developments to the PPP model with the inclusion of an incentivised target cost risk and reward regime.

Nicole’s strengths include the ability to effectively manage teams to provide quality and successful outcomes for clients. She is strategic in her approach with the mindset and flexibility to quickly adapt to project changes.
