Karlene’s experience spans Queensland Treasury, Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads, Brisbane City Council, and consulting with an international advisory firm. Qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics (Honours), Master of Natural Resource Economics (University of Queensland), Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment, Graduate and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Diploma of Project Management and PROSCI change management certified.
