IAG is engaged as the transaction advisor for VicGrid, who is responsible for the planning, procurement and delivery of multiple major local energy projects including Western Renewables Link, Victoria New South Wales Interconnector West, Rez Stage 1, Offshore Wind Gippsland, Offshore Wind Portland and Marinus Link.
The IAG team is responsible for numerous key tasks including coordination and management of the project development and procurement process, integration of information from project team, project advisers and operational and technical stakeholders and undertaking complex government procurement processes including (but not limited to) design and construct, private finance and collaborative contracting.
The IAG team have also supported VicGrid with preparation of documentation for the tender process, coordinating clarification processes with bidders, evaluating responses from bidders and managing interaction with the market through collaborative tendering processes including workshops.
