Sydney Water’s Regional Delivery Program streamlines the planning and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure across Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and the Illawarra.

IAG is engaged by Sydney Water to provide project management services as part of the Regional Delivery Program (RDP) for the southern region of Sydney (Bondi to Gerrigong, and out to Georges River). This program operates under a collaborative framework agreement between Sydney Water and “Delivering 4 Customers” (D4C), a joint venture consisting of John Holland, Service Stream and WSP. The contractual framework is based on the NEC4 (New Engineering and Construction) contract model, ensuring a structured yet flexible approach to project delivery.

IAG represents Sydney Water across a diverse portfolio of projects, providing expert planning, execution and oversight as the client-side project managers. Our team manages multiple projects simultaneously at various lifecycle stages, ranging from initial needs assessment, business case development, design, procurement, construction, maintenance and facilities management.
