The $1.5 billion New Footscray Hospital Project will deliver more than 600 Points of Care (500+ beds), representing the largest ever health investment in the State of Victoria. The new hospital, which will replace the nearby existing facility, will address the increasing demand for health services in Melbourne’s inner west, where demand is expected to double over the next 20 years, once it opens in 2025.

The project is being procured and delivered as an availability PPP, and will also be a major catalyst for change, supporting the development of a broader health, education, research and community precinct.
