Operating as a 100% locally based maintenance services company, BAS delivers high-quality asset maintenance and project management services to Barwon Water, its customers, and the community. By capitalising on local expertise, modern technologies, and a proactive approach, BAS aims to provide exceptional customer service and community value.

IAG led a multidisciplinary team to identify and assess new non-regulated commercial revenue streams, including merger and acquisition opportunities, new technologies, and re-purposing of existing assets, to identify a suite of strategic initiatives that aligned with BAS’ commercial expansion goals and objectives. Working directly with the General Manager of BAS, James and the team conducted thorough market research and analysis of the local and overseas water sector trends and developments to evaluate the viability and profitability of various business ventures, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the BAS Board.
