Tom is recognised as a highly skilled, trusted and approachable infrastructure advisor, having played instrumental roles in transaction and contract management, strategic delivery, procurement and commercial advisory, and project governance and strategy.

He brings diverse perspectives from across Australia to the multiple facets of planning, procuring and delivering major and complex infrastructure projects through his broad range of public and private sector experience with government agencies and multinationals.

Tom’s valuable experience includes working in dedicated lead advisory roles as part of various infrastructure projects, across the PPP, D&C, ITC, Alliance, EPC and collaborative contract models.

Tom’s extensive background includes working for Government bodies and corporations, providing for an in-depth understanding of critical success factors when working within Government, including the importance of engaging with key stakeholders, senior executive, and the private sector in order to unlock value.

Tom has worked in various capacities as a lawyer dedicated to major projects, enabling a strong appreciation for commercial and legal principles involved in structure and managing infrastructure transactions, managing their contracts, and associated governance.
