Simon has extensive public and private sector infrastructure experience, having led teams in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland.

Simon provides strategic, transaction, and technical advisory services. He is a recognised specialist in social infrastructure; having worked on major hospitals, prisons and schools, across all stages of the project life cycle.

On the Ravenhall Prison Project, winner of Project of the Year (National Infrastructure Awards, 2018), Simon drove the technical stream from procurement through design development and on into commissioning and completion. He is currently Technical Lead on the $1.5bn New Footscray Hospital Project.

Simon has also worked on high-profile transport and roads projects. He was part of the small team that established the North East Link Delivery Authority. For Major Road Projects Victoria he resolved commercial interfaces on the Suburban Road Upgrade Project.

Simon has a deep understanding of the drivers, risks, and challenges facing all parties when delivering complex infrastructure projects. He has a drive to deliver high-quality infrastructure, to benefit the wider community for the long term.
