Sam has extensive experience in the planning, procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects, having undertaken a broad range of roles including commercial and transaction advisory, construction management and engineering design.

Most recently Sam’s focus has been in the transport sector with key roles including as Lead Transaction Advisor – Initial Works and Early Works on the $50bn Suburban Rail Loop and Lead Transaction Advisor on the $14.8bn Level Crossing Removal Project. Previous to this Sam had hands-on experience in the design and construction of major infrastructure projects in engineering consultancies, client teams and tier 1 constructors.

Sam’s broad experience is underpinned by tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and Construction Law. His multidisciplinary experience, strong interpersonal skills and passion for problem solving make him a versatile infrastructure professional and an asset in any team environment.
