Megan has over two decades of international experience in the transport industry, with a focus on the commercial and operational aspects of railways, associated logistic chains and the planning and delivery of major projects. She has developed a specialised skillset in project management, regulatory auditing and analysis, railway cost modelling (including maintenance cost and access charging) and stakeholder consultation.

Her broad-ranging career enables clients to benefit from a holistic understanding of the whole of life performance of transport infrastructure projects. Combined with her analytical background she is able to take a high level view of complex situations, challenge fundamental principles and quickly identify areas requiring review and analysis.
