EKATERINA TCHERNOVA
Executive Director
Ekaterina brings more than 15 years’ experience providing strategic transaction and commercial advice, managing competitive industry engagements and developing key documentation on government mega-projects across several sectors, including transport, social infrastructure and renewables.
Through her roles on some of Australia’s most complex projects at both state and federal level, Ekaterina developed a strong appreciation of interface complexities associated with brownfield and greenfield multi-model projects, and significant practical experience across a range of delivery models, including public-private partnerships (PPP), design and construct (D&C), and alliance (dual TOC, single TOC, program-based). This knowledge is complemented by her expertise in transaction process design, documentation and implementation that optimises market competition, industry engagement and tender outcomes.
Across these projects, Ekaterina gained extensive hands-on experience incorporating various government policies into the transaction process and engaging with the industry to ensure their optimal achievement.
Ekaterina forms excellent working relationships with client-side multidisciplinary teams, the industry and external stakeholders to drive value-for-money outcomes for government.
