Benn has more than two decades experience delivering major projects for clients and Tier 1 contractors. Benn’s experience in Australia and United Kingdom has provided him exposure to a diverse range of organisations, standards, training and health and safety practices. His engineering and technical knowledge is complemented by his ability to form strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Benn is valued for his willingness to efficiently meet project objectives and adapt to change quickly. Benn is known for his approachable and reliable leadership style and ability to pragmatically and efficiently mitigate challenges to achieve best for project outcomes. Prior to joining IAG Benn worked at Tier 1 Contractors Theiss and CPB Contractors delivering major projects across Victoria. He has extensive experience across transport infrastructure including and understands the complexities of both road and rail major projects.
