Adam is a senior manager with over 25 years’ experience delivering major brownfield & greenfield rail infrastructure projects. His career in rail has included senior roles in the United Kingdom and Australia where Adam has demonstrated knowledge across all aspects of the rail industry including maintenance, renewals, and new infrastructure, across the full lifecycle of complex projects from concept to delivery.

Adam has a demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement best practice project strategies and solutions to deliver works within time, cost and quality constraints, and with a detailed understanding of the complexities of an operational railway. He has successfully delivered across a range of rail projects which have valued up to $6B.

Recent projects & positions include Construction Manager (Rail) on Cross River Rail (Rail, Integration & Systems Alliance); & Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 2, Interface Manager & Track Lead @ Moreton Bay Rail Link in Queensland and Project Manager for the Hunter Valley Ballast Cleaning Project, and Track Manager on the Upper Hunter Valley Alliance, Richmond Line Alliance, and Kingsgrove to Revesby Quadruplication in New South Wales.

Adam’s strong leadership and management capability is complemented by his work ethic and ability to establish partnerships with stakeholders to jointly develop solutions to complex problems with best for project outcomes.
