OS4M is a business transformation program aiming to drive cost, safety, customer and productivity improvements across the functions that maintain Urban Utilities water and wastewater assets. The Transition Project is preparing the business for major changes to support OS4M, shifting from a single outsourced provider to a mix of specialist partners, in-house services, and new systems.

IAG performs the role of transition manager to oversee the project and is responsible for responsible for transition planning and delivery including contract mobilisation and demobilisation, change, communications, training and business process mapping. Further, lead the demobilisation and contract close-out of a large multi-disciplinary outsourced maintenance service provider that has been working with UU for nearly a decade.
