IAG provided stakeholder consultation and project management services to assist the Gasfields Commission expand its remit and re-brand to Coexistence Queensland. IAG’s services included the development and implementation of a framework and protocols to support respectful and effective engagement to nurture balanced relationships between communities and the resources and energy sector.

IAG personnel assisted the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Gasfields Commission and other commission stakeholders to co-design, prepare and execute a range of projects and activities necessary to establish and operationalise the expanded remit of Coexistence Queensland. Key elements of these projects and activities included a stakeholder engagement plan and framework, revised formal governance, reporting and operating structure and enhancement of systems and processes.
