The Queensland Government is developing the Queensland Resources Common User Facility in Townsville to support pilot and demonstration scale trials of processing methods and technologies for critical minerals and rare earth elements for commercialisation. The objective of the QRCUF is to accelerate the development of commercial projects, promote investment in advanced mineral manufacturing opportunities and enable development of supply chain and supporting industries in Queensland.

IAG provided project management and transaction management services for the project, including market sounding, procurement and delivery strategy development and management of the Managing Contractor procurement process. IAG will also lead the development phase with the successful Managing Contractor following contract award.
