Rhys has a proven track record in delivering high-profile projects, with strong capabilities in project management, tendering and contract procurement, risk evaluation and developing practical and technical solutions.

He is recognised for strategic thinking and an inclusive leadership style, being actively engaged in industry initiatives including previous roles as Chair of the VIDA Transport Infrastructure Decarbonisation Technical Working Group and the VIDA Low Carbon Concrete and Materials Working Group, as well as serving as the Victorian representative on the Infrastructure Transport Minister’s Meeting Infrastructure Decarbonisation Working Group.
