Sam is a senior infrastructure professional with 17 years of construction management and engineering experience across Australia and the UK.

As National Lead of the Delivery & Engineering Stream, Sam is responsible for leading a group of over 60 delivery & engineering, environmental, land planning & environment, and sustainability professionals across the Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney offices. Since joining IAG, Sam has provided constructability advice to major delivery authorities such as the Suburban Rail Loop Authority, Regional Rail Revival and Inland Rail, and has held several project management across Victoria’s major transport infrastructure projects.

Sam has a demonstrated ability to identify, develop and implement best practice engineering strategies and solutions to deliver works within time, cost and quality constraints.

Sam provides clients with extensive delivery experience gained from various complex brownfield infrastructure projects.
