Scott has extensive international and domestic experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including working in the public and private sectors for owners, contractors, and professional services firms. He has performed lead roles in the delivery of large-scale complex infrastructure projects in politically sensitive environments, with a focus on the transport sector.

Recent and relevant experience includes:

• Lead Advisor, Transaction Management for the $16B North East Link Project.
• Strategic and Commercial Advisor, Claims Management for Major Road Projects Victoria. Projects include: $627M Western Roads Upgrade PPP, $79M O’Herns Road Upgrade Stage 2 D&C.
• Director of Commercial and Legal for a portfolio of rail projects including: $11B Metro Tunnel Project, $1.75B Regional Rail Revival, $10B Airport Rail Link.
• Director Commercial for the $3.65B Regional Rail Link Project (Infrastructure Project of the Year, National Infrastructure Awards 2014).
